TOTAL REWARD EXPERIENCE & RISK MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, LONDON £40 – 70K

We are working with this multi-national telecoms company who, as part of a transformation programme in their Reward space, are seeking a driven individual to join their Total Reward Experience and Risk team, which forms part of their COE.
You will need to have a good grounding in Total Rewards but it’s not necessary for you to have in depth knowledge. This role could suit an experience Reward Analyst looking for their next career move or an experienced reward consultant wishing to move in house into a role offering a better work life balance.
Experience Sought:
· Reward experience developed through benefits and/or pensions delivery & design with the ability to deliver change to demonstrably improve total reward experience and understanding.
· Governance and risk management experience, managing benefit plans supporting the governance and risk management frameworks, reporting, identifying operational improvements and people risks.
· Strong at building relationships across the business to support delivery and influencing stakeholders at leadership team level. Establishes collaborative relationships across HR and the business.
· Able to identify opportunities to develop Total Reward educational and training initiatives.
· Able to story tell – strong skills in building the case for total reward change, drawing on data and analytical insights, and communicating these to business audiences
· Good communication skills, necessity to interact well with governance, internal teams and suppliers
· Understands analyses insights and recommend change to the Total Reward Experience to enhance the effectiveness of Total Reward.
· Delivers customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives to enable colleagues to drive best value from their total reward.
· Accountable for working with the L&D team to integrate a total reward learning journey throughout colleague and business life cycles (with a L&D mindset)
