One of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy and advisory firms is looking to expand its specialist Employee Incentives & Reward team with the appointment of experienced Share Schemes professionals at Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager level.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth, people-focused firm advising a broad client base ranging from entrepreneurial private businesses to listed and international groups.
You’ll work closely with organisations to design and implement employee share schemes that align with commercial objectives while supporting employee attraction, retention, and engagement strategies.
The Role
You will advise clients on a wide range of employee share plan matters, including:
- Share plan design and implementation
- EMI, CSOP and other tax-efficient incentive arrangements
- Commercial and shareholder considerations
- Tax implications for employers and employees
- Share schemes in the context of transactions, exits and flotations
- International share plans
- Drafting share plan and related documentation
- Client relationship management and advisory support
About You
We’re keen to speak with professionals who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in employee share schemes / incentives consulting
- Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working within professional services, advisory, tax, or reward environments
