Our client, a well-known financial services and advisory firm is looking for experienced insolvency individuals to help with the firms’ progression.   If you are an experienced Insolvency Administrator with at least 2 years’ formal insolvency experience, this is a great career opportunity to move up the ladder to a Senior Insolvency Administrator role to work on exciting and challenging cases.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of  both corporate and personal insolvency cases from start to completion;
  • Monitoring case diary lines and dealing with statutory matters, including the preparation of detailed reports and correspondence on a range of matters;
  • Dealing with key stakeholders including creditor correspondence;
  • Identifying risk areas and reporting findings to senior partners;
  • Assisting with complex investigations work; and
  • Providing guidance to junior team members.

Requirements for the role:

  • 2+  years of formal insolvency experience within the UK;
  • Professional accountancy or insolvency qualification, an advantage but not essential;
  • Understanding of UK restructuring and insolvency principles;
  • Strong commercial and business acumen;
  • Ability to manage workload and diary lines;
  • Good all round educational and academic background; and
  • Good knowledge of IPS and Microsoft Office.
