Our client, a leading Global professional services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Services Reward professional.  Advising companies and remuneration committees on Reward matters, the successful candidate will need to have a previous track record of supporting a range of international clients within the Financial Services market.  Clients will include UK and International companies, both listed and private, across banking, insurance and asset management.

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, overseeing and developing various remuneration and incentive strategies for Senior Executives, including design, implementation, governance, stakeholder management, regulatory alignment as well as compliance and communication strategies.
