Over the last few months, we have been pleased to be working with this small, friendly consulting firm. With their very exciting growth plans, this firm, renowned for providing trusted executive compensation strategy advice, is now looking to branch out and include broad base reward advice.
If you are an experienced Executive Compensation professional who would like to expand upon their existing skillset, this could be an exciting opportunity to be part of this firm’s growth plans. As they develop into broader reward advisory, you will be given the opportunity to provide advice to organisations on both executive compensation and broad base reward – Often the opportunity to do both is not available with firms tending to have specialist teams for each.
Their client base includes both listed and private companies, with extensive experience providing remuneration advise to FTSE100, FTSE250, SmallCap and AIM-listed companies as well as privately held companies ranging from family and/or founder owned businesses to those backed by private equity, so will offer plenty of variety.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years working on Executive Compensation and REMCO matters
- Strong interpersonal skills building and managing client relationships
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills – both written and face to face
- Ability to simplify and summarise complex information based on clients’ needs
- Highly numerate
- Ideally part or fully qualified with a professional qualification (Accountant, Actuary, Legal, CFA, other relevant) and degree level education preferred
