Working with FTSE listed and equivalent size private companies, our client is one of the leaders when it comes to helping organisations determine their compensation strategies using industry benchmarks, compensation surveys and market trends data, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications and financial reporting and accounting advice. They are currently looking for a talented, Senior Manager or experienced Manager to run their Executive Reward Survey team, supporting their consulting practice, and implementing the technologies around it. Suitable candidates must be strong on technology.

Specialising in sourcing data to both internal and external clients, the Senior Manager of the Executive Survey team will be required to lead the data collection and data output provided by the team. Bringing together salary, incentive and benefits details and producing bespoke surveys on current market reward practices, trends and reward issues, you will be responsible for leading the team in delivering compensation-based project work, including compensation surveys for UK and EMEA clients. Key elements of the role focusses on providing an annual Executive & Management Reward Survey for the firm and supporting client data requests.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience of managing a reward survey team
  • Strong technical skills, gained from a similar role
  • Experience of Reward Benchmarking
  • Excellent numerical skills, experienced at analysing reward data
  • Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • High level of organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload as well as that of the team’s
  • Project management experience
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Candidates will also need to be a flexible team player, with a high level of initiative, be strong on their technical skills as well as adaptable and influential and a good all round people manager.
