We are currently working with this international law firm, who are seeking an experienced Share Schemes lawyer to join their Employee Incentives Group within their London office.

Working with a mix of private and public companies, including banks, institutional investors, asset managers and other financial services firms, you will be instrumental in advising, designing and assisting organisations with the implementation of a variety of share options schemes, ensuring the effective reward and retention of employees. This team is responsible for advising on the tax, company law, corporate governance and employment and regulatory issues relating to incentive schemes.
