INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING ASSOCIATE – HS0050

This well-known restructuring practice, providing effective solutions to clients including high street banks, asset based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, corporates and individuals, is looking to expand its team with an experience Insolvency & Restructuring Associate.  This role will involve working across a variety of industries, taking responsibility for a portfolio of cases, including Administrations, Liquidations and CVAs as well as providing advice and guidance to organisations in distressed situations.

Requirements for the role:

• Qualified ACA / ACCA  or training towards achieving these qualifications
• Experience of Administrations, Liquidation (CVL and MVL) and CVA processes
• At least 3 years’ insolvency experience
• Understanding of Insolvency Act and Rules relating to the above procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity
• Strong interpersonal skills and engaging personality
• Good team player
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong academic track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with diverse teams
