We are excited to be working with this multi national UK company who are seeking an Executive Reward Manager to join their busy team. Based in either London or Bristol (if in Bristol, you would need to travel to London once a fortnight, or as required), their ideal candidate will need to be a commercial thinker and a solution focused achiever, with at least 2+ years’ experience working with Executive Reward and Compensation within a large organisation or from a Executive Compensation consulting background. Proven experience in the following areas essential:

  • Remuneration Committee process
  • Benchmarking
  • Drafting of Committee papers and annual remuneration reports
  • UK corporate governance and investor relations
  • Designing and implementing short and long-term incentives and all employee share plans
  • Developing concise and impactful RemCo materials, including relevant analysis and stakeholder input.

Candidates will be required to build and maintain a network of key stakeholders including Reward, broader HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight and business unit management and also support the delivery of strategic reward projects beyond the scope of executive compensation.
