EXECUTIVE REWARD MANAGER – £70K + BONUS + GENEROUS BENEFITS – HS0056
Our client, a Global company, is currently looking to strengthen their Executive Reward team with a Reward Manager with 3-5 years’ reward experience. Essentially, suitable candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of executive compensation matters, including:
- Remuneration Committee process
- Benchmarking
- Drafting of Committee papers and annual remuneration reports
- UK corporate governance and the investor relations environment
- Operation and design of short and long-term incentives, and all-employee share plans
Requirements for the role:
- Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of executive remuneration principles and practices, as well as the corporate governance
- Analytical skills: expert analytical and Excel skills required.
- Excellent communications skills: both verbal and written, to ensure policy documents/procedures and communications to stakeholders and employees are clear and simple.
- Organisation skills: Ability to manage calendar of activity and development of materials leading up to each Remuneration Committee meeting.
- Business partnering: Ability to work with Reward leadership team to develop and review packages.
