Our client, a worldwide professional services firm focussing on providing high quality independent consulting advice on remuneration to clients is looking for a Senior Analyst which experience of executive compensation or workforce reward. Helping industries of all sizes with their executive reward strategies, with first class consulting, rigorous analytics and data-driven insights, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading advisory firm.
As Senior Analyst, you will participate in project teams diagnosing client issues and assisting in designing executive remuneration solutions for Remuneration Committees and management. You will conduct research and developing client peer groups to understand business strategy, corporate performance drivers, remuneration practices and governance and regulatory trends. You will be responsible for managing client projects and ensuring timely production of analysis and reports for review whilst offering support to junior team members.

- 2- 3 years’ experience as a compensation analyst from either in-house or consulting background
- Highly professional with a proven ability to work in a consultative and collaborative manner
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to apply logic and experience to assist with the development of solutions for clients

- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proven, developed analytical and technical (Excel) skills
- Proven written and presentation skills (Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
