An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a professional service firm as a Reward Manager or Senior Manager, dependant on experience, based in either Leeds or Manchester.
You will be working closely with the senior management team and will play a strong role in the development strategy. This opportunity will offer a superb range of client-facing advisory work, as well as business development opportunities. You will be advising private and PLC clients on all areas of HMRC approved and non-approved share incentive plans including CSOPs, EMI, SAYE, SIPs and LTIPs. This role will involve all aspects of design, drafting and implementing incentive plans and share plans, as well as the transactional aspect of management buy-outs etc.
The successful applicant will:
- Play a key role in the leadership and direction of a growing team, with an opportunity to shape its strategic direction and develop and drive new propositions.
- Be market-facing and actively involved with the management and development of the existing team.
- Lead delivery on the breath of client assignments (eg project driven, annual compliance, due diligence) and develop client relationships.
