£50-£75k (negotiable)

Our client, an advisory practice with an excellent reputation in the field of Executive Compensation built up over the years advising UK and global companies, is wishing to expand their Midlands team with an Executive Compensation Consultant.   Ideally you will have 3-4 years’ experience, advising on executive compensation matters.  Previous business development experience would also be useful as you will be required to provide support on proposals and business development activity.

With support from senior staff you will work on various matters including the design and implementation of executive pay strategies, advising on performance measures for incentive plans, advising on implementation of cash and equity based incentive plans (including tax, accounting and funding considerations),  drafting directors remuneration reports, liaising with investors, preparation of remuneration committee papers and executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some leading corporates and businesses, ranging from SMEs to global organisations headquartered in the UK.

You may already be working for a professional services firm, boutique advisory or working in-house, but providing you have proven executive pay advisory experience, our client would be interested in talking to you.  Those considering a return to work following a career break, full support and training will be provided to refresh your skills and knowledge and help you transition back into the workforce.

Competitive salary and great benefits and plenty of opportunities to further develop your career.
