This award winning restructuring, advisory and investment firm are looking to strengthen their team and appoint an Assistant Manager to their London office.  If you have proven experience working as a Senior Insolvency Administrator, this could be an ideal opportunity to advance your career.  Or you may be an existing Assistant Manager but not getting the recognition you deserve!

Ideally they are seeking someone who is ACA /ACCA / CPI qualified, but relevant experience without these qualifications will also be considered.   Working with senior members of the team including partners, you will be gain exposure of  the different turnaround, restructuring and advisory solutions this firm offer.

As Assistant Manager, you may be required to manage junior members of the team and you should enjoy working on highly complex projects involving much collaboration and creative problem solving. Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of cases with minimal supervision
  • Reporting on case progression to the management team
  • Runing accelerated marketing campaigns for business sales
  • Liaising with solicitors and agents comfortably
  • Agreeing creditor claims and paying dividends to creditors
  • Managing external stakeholder relationships, ie. creditors, employees, directors, and shareholders

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Previous corporate insolvency and restructuring experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective delegation and multitasking skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Good understanding of the legislation governing the role
  • Experience with IPS
  • Experience with Virtual Cabinet, desirable but not essential
  • Good Academics
  • CPI qualified, desirable but not essential if strong proven previous insolvency experience.
