TOTAL REWARD ANALYST – £40- £50K – JOB REF: HS0117

Our client has been undergoing a transformation programme and is keen to build their Total Reward team with talented, driven individuals who can help propel them forward. They are seeking Analysts with previous Total Reward knowledge and understanding together with analytics and modelling expertise. If you understand all elements of Total Reward including recognition, and how it impacts individual and business performance, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Working on annual reward cycle and other reward change projects
- Acting as advisor building relationships with HR colleagues and the business by providing total reward insight to underpin optimal management decisions.
- Understanding critical business concepts and demonstrates ability to use business knowledge to inform decision making.
- Simplifying total rewards data and insights to deliver customer centric, compelling narratives to different audiences
- Providing data analysis and insights which result in operational excellent and best practice, supporting the delivery of total reward processes and practices.
Key Skills required:
- 2 years’ experience modelling and analytics experience within a total reward role for a large organisation
- Experienced at relationship building and influencing stakeholders in a large, matrixed organisation within at least two different sectors
- Understands change management methodologies and has experience of delivering reward change to attract, reward and retain employees
- Using total rewards data analytics able to story tell and simplify data
- Some experience of managing pension, compensation and/or benefit plans with governance and risk management experience
- Experience of working with HR in translating business and functional objectives into total reward solutions
- Excellent communication skills
Our client is based in several UK locations but the main central base is London. Hybrid working is available.
