We are currently working with this leading law firm, who are looking to hire a Share Schemes Lawyer to join their Employee Incentives Group in either London or one of their regional offices.

Working with a mix of private and public companies, including a range of financial services and broader x-sector firms, you will be instrumental in advising, designing and assisting organisations with the implementation of a variety of share options schemes, ensuring the effective reward and retention of employees. This team is responsible for advising on the tax, company law, corporate governance and employment and regulatory issues relating to incentive schemes.

This particular firm puts an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Their client base is focused more on advisory matters rather than transactional / corporate support. Additionally, fee-earners are encouraged to work autonomously with a view to developing future Partnership skills for those interested in promotion to a senior level.
