Our client, a global advisory leader, is expanding its specialist FS Reward team. We’re seeking an established Senior Manager with a consulting background (Big 4 or top advisory) who thrives on solving complex reward challenges, building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.

The Opportunity:
You’ll work with financial institutions navigating evolving regulation and shifting workforce expectations. This role combines technical excellence with strategic thinking – leading projects that redefine how organisations attract, retain and reward talent.

Role:

  • Leading multiple client engagements – from pay governance to incentive design
  • Advising on reward frameworks that balance regulatory compliance and business growth
  • Building trusted client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Coaching and developing high-performing consultants within the team
  • Partnering with HR transformation specialists to deliver joined-up solutions

Core Attributes:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager in reward consulting (Big 4 or similar)
  • Deep understanding of the financial services landscape and regulatory context
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical ability
  • Commercial mindset and client-development experience
  • Confident communicator and credible advisor at senior level
