Our client, a leading Global professional services consulting firm is seeking an experienced senior Reward Director, with a previous track record of supporting and clients within the Financial Services market on all matters relating to Remuneration and Reward.   Clients will include UK and International companies, both listed and private, across banking, insurance and asset management.

As a Senior Reward Director, for this highly respected consulting firm, renowned for their expertise in the area of Remuneration and Reward, you will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, overseeing and developing various remuneration and incentive strategies, including design, implementation, governance, senior stakeholder management, regulatory alignment, as well as compliance and communication strategies.  Understanding  your clients’ best interests and needs, whilst also respecting an organisation’s  business objectives and striving to exceed their expectations are key.
