We are currently working with this leading advisory firm who are urgently seeking a Senior Reward Consultant for their Financial Services Reward team to cover 12 month maternity period.  This is a great opportunity to progress your career within reward consulting (FS experience useful but not essential), develop new skills and work with a team of  experienced consultants delivering high quality services to clients, advising on technical and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing consistently high levels of client service.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of reward projects and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day delivery of client services both compliance and advisory.
  • Contributing to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients.
  • Adhering to Quality and Risk Management processes.

  • Working understanding and technical competencies of key equity and/or reward concepts including:
  • Equal pay and wider pay transparency requirements.
  • Development of tailored reward solutions that drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Comprehensive market research and analysis to inform reward strategy recommendations.
  • Communication and implementation of reward programs, ensuring clarity and buy-in from client stakeholders.
  • Legal and regulatory frameworks of all reward programmes.
  • Design and implementation of benefits for clients, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee incentives.
