REWARD MANAGER EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION – IN HOUSE – BRISTOL – £70K – JOB REF: HS0074

We are excited to be working with this multinational UK company who are seeking a Reward Manage with experience in Executive Compensation to join their busy team. This role can be based in either Bristol or London, but if Bristol, you would be required to travel to London 2/3 times a month. Our client is seeking a commercial thinker and a solution focused achiever, with proven reward experience including at least 18 months’ Executive Compensation experience within a large organisation or from an Executive Compensation consulting background.

They are also looking for experience in the following:

  • Remuneration Committee process, including developing concise and impactful RemCo materials, relevant analysis and stakeholder input
  • Benchmarking
  • Drafting of Committee papers and annual remuneration reports
  • UK corporate governance and investor relations
  • Designing and implementing short and long-term incentives and all employee share plans

Candidates will be required to build and maintain a network of key stakeholders including Reward, broader HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight and business unit management.

This is an exciting in-house reward role which will give the applicant the opportunity to support the delivery of strategic reward projects beyond the scope of executive compensation.
