Our client, a Global Consulting firm, providing data driven and insight led solutions, helping organisations motivate their workforce and maximise performance, is looking for a Lead Associate to join their renowned Reward team.

 

From day one, you will have immediate exposure to well-known client organisations, working on projects that will help make a difference, improving employee’s experience and optimising pay and benefits programmes. You will act as project lead and be responsible for overseeing and quality reviewing Analysts work and will partner with internal colleagues, including Analysts, other consultants and technical experts, in the design and implementation of compensation related and broader HR solutions .

 

Main duties will include:

  • Carrying out analytical project work
  • Building good working relationships with clients, ensuring a full understanding of their business requirements and budget constraints and summarising findings for Directors to review.
  • Project managing small projects and / or work streams within larger projects under the guidance of our Senior Directors.
  • Job levelling and architecture – helping companies define and grade jobs
  • Supporting colleagues in areas such as new business development, to day-to-day meetings and calls, follow up and feedback.
  • Learn from colleagues who are recognised thought leaders and who will provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Participating in a mix of formal and informal development initiatives.

The Requirements

  • Previous relevant work experience, either from consulting or in house HR/ Reward
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills and problem solving ability
  • Understanding of Reward programmes and processes
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to absorb information quickly and work to tight deadlines

 

This role may also suit someone with a general HR background who would like to move into Reward Consulting.
