FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A SHARE SCHEME MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER LOOKING TO MOVE INTO THE EOT SPACE – £60K-100K+ BASE SALARY – JOB REF: HS0148

Our client, a niche Remuneration Management Consultancy, is seeking a Reward Consultant (with at least 4 years’ experience) in either Share Schemes or Employee Ownership Trusts to join their highly experienced and well-integrated team. The focus of the role is primarily in the EOT space and so some experience of this area would be helpful.

This role would suit an individual with an accountancy background, with some EOT transactional experience (and share plans here is a secondary consideration) with between 4 and 10 years pqe. It is very important that the hired candidate is personable, both in respect of client contact and internally, and a team player.

The role has a strong advisory leaning with the drafting farmed out to third parties. This allows for greater focus on professional development, with business development and technical growth supported and encouraged.

Fast promotion to senior level is very achievable for those willing to embrace the firm’s work ethic but central to the hire will be a team player.

Being a well-managed organization, the culture is relaxed and allows for a remote working pattern, with several members enjoying the benefits of living outside of London and only coming into the office on occasion.
