As Executive Compensation Specialist for this leading consulting firm, you will play a pivotal

role in designing and advising on executive pay structures, producing benchmarking reports and delivering strategic papers to remuneration committees.  The role focuses on FTSE350 clients, ensuring pay aligns with market standards, regulatory requirements and ESG objectives, while addressing retention and incentivisation challenges in an uncertain economic climate.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high quality benchmarking reports to compare executive compensation against industry peers.
  • Prepare advisory papers for remuneration committees, providing actionable insights on pay structures, incentives and governance.
  • Collaborate with clients to align executive pay with ESG strategies and broader

stakeholder expectations.

  • Support remuneration committees in navigating economic uncertainties while retaining and motivating Executive Directors.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices in executive

compensation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-7 years in executive compensation with significant experience in consulting, with a proven track record of working with FTS350 clients.

Skills:

  • Adept at producing detailed benchmarking reports and strategic advisory papers for

remuneration committees.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management to engage with senior

executives and committees.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of FTSE350 regulatory frameworks, governance

standards, and executive pay trends.
