ASSISTANT MANAGER – CONTENTIOUS INSOLVENCY – WEST LONDON – £50,000 – JOB REF: HS0060

We are currently working with one of the largest Accountancy and Business Advisory firms, who are looking for an Insolvency Assistant Manager, for their highly respected contentious insolvency team.   This role will be based in their Heathrow office, although it may be possible to work from their London Bridge or Surrey office.

Ideally you will be CPI qualified, or looking to take this qualification soon, and experience working on insolvency cases is essential,  as you will need confidence in dealing with highly complex cases.  As Assistant Manager, within this Insolvency and Restructuring team, you will be responsible for managing case delivery, including pre appointment, case progression and closure and ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner, which will often require working to tight deadlines.  This is a pivotal role when it comes to investigations into directors and debtors conduct as you will attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and any other relevant parties.

Working with both directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on any legal issues arising on cases, you will be required to attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.  Excellent communication skills are therefore essential for this role.
