Our client is a leading professional services firm and is currently looking to expand their Workforce Strategy & Culture practice.  With a constantly changing world, this team is responsible for helping organisations address people challenges and deliver large scale workforce transformation.  This national team, has an impressive track record working with a diverse range of clients across all industries, including some of the largest blue chip and public sector organisations.  Services provided will range from supporting clients to have a better understanding and identifying business challenges, through to practical implementation of the solution.

The role of Senior Associate can be based in London, Manchester or Birmingham and specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support delivery of client engagements and development of high-quality deliverables i.e. talent strategies, capability assessments or operating models
  • Manage and deliver business development activities such as proposals and bids
  • Identify new tools and technology to help growth and development of the practice
  • Contribute to thought leadership
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
  • Build strong networks both internally and externally

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working across a number of Workforce Strategy & Culture focus areas, ideally from a consulting organisation or in an internal consultant role
  • Experience of developing and managing the development of high-quality deliverables such as talent strategies, capability assessments or operating models
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to innovate and think outside the box
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Growth mindset and commitment to learning and development
