SALARY SURVEY DATA ANALYST – HS0048
This well-known global consulting firm is currently looking for someone with good numeracy and IT skills, in particular Excel, to join their Data Services team within their Reward practice. As a Salary Survey Specialist, you will be assisting in the day-to-day activities of the survey operations team, ensuring high quality reward surveys to clients across EMEA are carried out and delivered on time. This team is focussed on project managing the data collection, validation, analysis and support for production of high tech compensation and policy surveys and managing clients throughout the participation process.
Requirements for the role:
- Ability to use own initiative and seek tasks through to completion, often working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and oral communication skills in English, including grammar and spelling.
- Confident telephone manner, able to liaise with external and internal clients in a clear, professional way
- Dedication to providing good customer service and high-quality work
- Team player, friendly manner and a “can do” attitude and flexible to provide support when required
- Previous work experience as an Analyst with data management, or someone with general HR or Reward analysis and advisory experience would be preferred
