We are currently working with a leading professional services firm who are looking for a talented individual to join their Rewards practice within their People and Organisation Services.
As Reward Manager, it will be your responsibility to assist clients with compensation structures, executive pay packages, legal and regulatory requirements, tax implications and financial reporting and accounting advice. You will need to be a data minded individual, able to interpret and scope client needs around workforce transformation and draw on internal data sets through Saratoga benchmarking capabilities. You will be required to deliver reports and work with internal and client teams on change projects spanning workforce strategy, organisation design and cost reduction. Experience in client management and team supervisory responsibilities essential.
Working as part of a team helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution, as Manager you will be expected to have the following skills/responsibilities:

- Address any sub-standard work that does not fit the firms/client’s expectations

- Keep up to date with key global trends and how they impact clients
- Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct
