Our client, a global law firm that has one of the largest teams of practice in the UK, is seeking an Insolvency Solicitor with 2-5 PQE to join their team in the London office.

The firm acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters, a considerable number of cases involve cross-border issues due to the firm’s global reach.

To be considered you will have an excellent academic track record and have trained at a leading UK law firm.

The client is ideally seeking a lawyer with 2-5 years PQE, however all suitable candidates will be considered.

Key Skills & Experiences:

  • Qualified Lawyer with proven English law experience in Insolvency law
  • Experience in contentious and non-contentious insolvency
  • Excellent ability to build a strong rapport with clients
  • Strength in a range of communication methods and organising skills
  • Enthusiasm in business development

They advise on administrations and CVAs; both formal and informal procedures including; all forms of receivership and liquidation; Insolvency Act claims; trading claims and fraud; directors’ duties; solvent and insolvent restructurings.
