GLOBAL MOBILITY SENIOR MANAGER or ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – HS0046
Our client, a unique professional services firm, highly considered as go-to experts in the fields of legal and tax is looking to expand their Global Mobility and Employment Taxes practice, is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the firms’ international assignments and employment tax practice.

Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing the delivery of global mobility and employment tax services, including advisory and compliance matters
- Developing and mentoring team members, identifying training requirements
- Managing key client relationships and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Taking the lead on business development and proposals and helping to further grow the business
- Participating with colleagues developing the firms’ cross-border global mobility and employment tax offering.
Requirements for the role:
- Significant experience of managing all tax and social security aspects involved in delivering successful international assignments, including high quality advisory and compliance services.
- Understanding of employment taxation in order to oversee the payroll team
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and client building relationship skills
- Proven experience of working on large international projects and ability to handle general employment queries
- A professional qualification would be preferred, either ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA
