EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION CONSULTANT – HS0047
Do you have experience in Executive Compensation consulting?
Are you looking to return to consulting, having been working in-house?
We are currently looking for talented individuals with previous consulting experience in matters ranging from design and execution of compensation strategies, executive pay packages, tax implications and legal /regulatory requirements, who enjoy the variety of working for a broad range of clients and industries.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Working with clients, building up trusting relationships, anticipating their needs and requirements
- Designing Executive remuneration solutions for Remuneration Committees as well as management
- Project managing and allocating work to others
- Using a variety of tools/techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
- Ability to communicate in a straightforward and structured way when influencing and connecting with others.
Suitable candidates will need to have at least 3 years’ experience working within the Executive Compensation space, maybe you have been working in-house but would like to return to Consulting. You will need to have an aptitude in problem solving, strong verbal and written skills, deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong interpersonal skills and proven developed analytical and technical skills.
