Employment Lawyer – £’s competitive – JOB REF: HS0092
Our client is currently looking for a fee-earner for their Thames Valley office. The role covers the full range of employment services acting for national and international clients. The role would attract candidates with strong client-facing skills and interested in developing their own client base over time. Support from the team and the wider firm is on offer to help the successful applicant develop their non-technical attributes, which are key to a successful path to Partnership. As this role is very much based on potential ability, all levels of seniority would be considered.
If successful, you can expect a mix of employment work. Your responsibilities might include but not be limited to:
* A split between disputes, general advisory work and corporate support work with client training.
* You will have a direct influence on how you want your experience and expertise to develop and you will be strongly encouraged and supported to get involved in business development work, taking an active role in seminars, webinars and networking events in addition to drafting guidance and articles. Your role will include assisting the partners in supervising and developing junior members of the team.
* You will also benefit from the support and resources of the larger team based across our client’s other offices, which includes specialist Pensions and Immigration lawyers as part of the business group.
